Black Garlic - organic
Black garlic produced in Andalusia with organic garlic from Cordoba, minimum of 50g per piece. Black garlic is obtained after a long fermentation at 60C under a moist controlled atmosphere for several weeks. As a result, we obtain a garlic, black and soft, with a very strong flavor, distinct from garlic as all the typical garlic smell hard to digest disappears. Black garlic comes from Korea and Japan, where several studies have shown its higher level of anti-oxidants than in fresh garlic, and where it is used in therapies, as well as for cooking. To be eaten quickly if kept at room temperature, or stored vacuumed for months to keep it from drying. SOLD PER PIECE
